Galliards Construction | Capital Towers

This endeavour encompassed the construction of two towering structures, spanning 14 and 34 storeys, where our involvement extended across design, supply, and installation functions. Our proficiency was demonstrated through the implementation of SAPA NRGY 62 Curtain Walling, Dualframe 75Si Windows, Dualframe 75 Si HP Balcony Doors, 202 Commercial Doors, and meticulous Aluminum Cladding.

During the tendering phase, the initial specification proposed a Unitised system; however, we engaged in a comprehensive value engineering process, offering the client alternative solutions. Ultimately, we adeptly manufactured Stick Curtain Walling, marking this project as one of the tallest structures with such installations in London within the past decade of when the building was erected.

The project’s unique demands included stringent acoustic requirements, prompting us to conduct our own rigorous testing to meet and exceed these criteria. Additionally, a thorough CWCT Sequence B Testing procedure was conducted to ensure the performance and resilience of our installations”
